Modern credit solutions for serious real estate operators.

To create a modern private-credit platform that bridges the gap between hard money and institutional capital. Through clear products, thoughtful structures, and real-time feedback, Dial aims to give operators a single home for core lending, bridge solutions, and hybrid capital..

When capital and technology align, good operators get what they need most: clarity, speed, and execution.

Our Founders

Meet the experts behind our company

Will Jarve

Co-founder

Will Jarve - is the co-founder of Dial Lending and a fintech executive with deep experience in technology-enabled consumer and mortgage credit. Before Dial, he held senior roles at SoFi, where he worked in mortgage capital markets and credit, and later served as Head of Finance at Carputty, an auto-finance fintech.

Across those roles, Will has helped design, price, and scale lending products—from how capital markets and credit policy are structured to how risk, data, and user experience come together in the actual product. That experience inside high-growth fintech companies informs Dial’s focus on clear structures, data-driven decisioning, and borrower workflows that feel modern rather than bank-like.

Will has spent his career at the intersection of lending, technology, and product. At Dial Lending, he brings that fintech product mindset to private credit—translating institutional-quality credit thinking into tools real estate investors, developers, and operators can actually use.

Trey Evans

Co-founder

Trey Evans - is the co-founder of Dial Lending, a private-credit platform built for real estate investors, developers, and operators. His background spans value-add acquisitions, small infill and redevelopment projects, and direct ownership across residential and commercial assets.

Over the years, Trey has been hands-on in sourcing deals, underwriting business plans, assembling capital stacks, and managing renovation and entitlement work. That project-level experience shaped his view that most operators need flexible, execution-focused capital rather than rigid, one-size-fits-all loan products.

In addition to Dial Lending, Trey is principal of Evans Realty + Investment, a real estate brokerage and investment company, and founded a startup focused on residential transaction tech, commission structures, and capital access. Dial Lending is a continuation of that work—combining private credit, on-the-ground operating experience, and modern software to better serve serious investors and developers.
